Admission into Ohio Valley Teen Challenge is as simple as 1-2-3!
1. Call our Intake Coordinator, Rick Quinn at 330-743-9030, ext 113, for a phone interview, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm. He will ask you alot of questions, and answer any questions you may have. After the interview, he will tell you if you are accepted, and when you will start. Or, print, fill out, and mail the application form to OVTC, PO Box 807, Youngstown, OH 44501.
2. Once accepted, you will need to get a TB test & results. If you have recently had a TB test, you may bring in those results as long as the test was within the past 30 days.
3. Come in on the date and time assigned, with your Non-refundable Intake Fee. It costs OVTC approximately $1500 per man per month. However, due to funds raised through donations, fundraisers, and our work experience program, we only charge $1000 per man for the whole year! We ask that you come in prepared to pay the non-refundable fee of $550 at the time of intake, and pay the remaining $450 by the end of your first 90 days in the program.
